    This dataset aggregates information on mortgage and small business lending for the City of Chicago’s 77 community areas and all census tracts inside Chicago. It includes detailed information on lending by race/ethnicity and income, as well as the types of lenders serving these communities. The data also includes figures on Community Reinvestment Act lending.
