This school-level database contains data from the National Center for Education Statistics’ Common Core of Data (CCD), with plans to add the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) in an upcoming release. The CCD includes basic information about US schools, such as location, grade offerings, charter status, and student enrollment demographics. The CRDC data on every public school dates back only to 2011 but covers more topics, including student discipline, retention, course enrollment, chronic absenteeism, and SAT or ACT test taking.
