The TCJA - What Might Have Been

The data set shows the revenue and distributional effects of TCJA and its over 9,000 alternatives. It utilizes the Tax Policy Center's new ability to run our microsimulation model on thousands of separate tax plans. The data set was used for the research paper "The TCJA - What might have been" and the corresponding Urban Institute data visualization feature.
