This catalog entry contains annual Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) summary files at the census tract level. We used loan-level data to create HMDA neighborhood variables which summarize mortgage loan applications by race/ethnicity, income level, and a combination of those two. We also included summary indicators of median loan amount and borrower income.
