SPCP Target Market Analysis Tool

This tool offers an interactive excel document for the 50 largest metropolitan areas in the US. In each tool you will find summary data aggregated from tract-level demographic data that offers information on household tenure and composition by race/ethnicity and income as well as mortgage market behavior. Users can filter summary results by several hypothetical SPCP program criteria, such as neighborhood income and neighborhood racial composition. The aggregated data updates in real time offering users an idea of how the market changes based on different potential market criteria.
