SPCP Target Market Analysis Tool

Welcome to the Urban Institute's SPCP Target Market Analysis Excel Tool (MAET). To begin, navigate to the Target Market Analysis tab in this Workbook, an interactive data page enabling users to access detailed statistics on the population in their chosen market by applying a selection of hypothetical SPCP criteria.
Comments and questions regarding the MAET can be directed to the developers, John Walsh ([email protected]) or Jun Zhu ([email protected]).
MAET constitutes one aspect of Urban's comprehensive SPCP Data Toolkit, accessible here [], developed by Housing Finance Policy Center at Urban Institute, and funded by the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA).
